Background

In this senior-level experience design course, teams were tasked with solving a problem for a client through experience design, in which our team chose Kia. My role in this project includes UX research, providing UX strategy, creating prototypes and user testing.

Who’s Kia?
Kia is a South Korean automotive manufacturer known for offering vehicles with abundant features and technology at competitive pricing, making them attractive options for budget-conscious consumers.

First in vehicle dependency, but last in customer satisfaction
Despite ranking highest among mass market brands in vehicle dependency, Kia ranked last in customer satisfaction at dealerships, indicating a significant opportunity for improvement through experience design.

Medici is a current application that allows doctors to meet and communicate with patients virtually. However, they don’t offer:
· any precautions to circumvent the spread of COVID
· is geared more toward doctors working in hospitals.

Hard to schedule patients' online consultations. It is difficult to find an available time for both the physician and the patient.

It is challenging to keep track of patient's health records. Information is scattered across various platforms. 

Lack of precaution to circumvent the spread of COVID and let physicians meet patients safely.
